Share Your World Feb. 20, 2017

Cee’s Share Your World for this week:

When you cut something with scissors, do you move your jaw (as if you were about to chew)?

Not that I’m aware of but I’ll have to pay attention the next time I cut something.

Do you chew your pens and pencils?

No.

Are you a collector of anything?  If so what?

Not really.  I sort of used to collect mugs.  I like picking them up at places like Portland’s Saturday Market (that was long ago — have NO idea if it still exists) or shops that carry local crafts or craft fairs.  I used to give brunches and I’d put out this collection of specially chosen hand-crafted mugs and people LOVED getting to pick one from array in which no two were alike.  I still pick one up occasionally but I’m long since at the point that a bunch have to live in the basement so I try not to.

The one in the photo I bought a couple of years ago when I met some out of town friends in Berea, a town in Kentucky famous for crafts and shops that sell them.  Couldn’t resist — and I love that every time I sip coffee from it I also remember the lovely visit …

What size is your bed?

Full.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

We’ve started having some early warm days and have had windows open for short spells several times — love that fresh air!  The zillions of doctors appointments for my mother are finally winding down so there aren’t any this week and I am SO looking forward to a week without a waiting room!
